Application

Operating model

Step

1

  • Log in with your Admin / Manager account.
  • Go to settings to create location and checkpoints, patrol routes and add newly created checkpoints.

  • Go to the “Managing contractors” screen and create contractors.
  • Activate contractor account with gmail.

Step

  • Login to the newly created contractor’s account.
  • Go to group screen to create group.
  • Go to the screen “Security team Profile” to create employee CVs and select the newly created CVs, click “Send profile” with status “not sent” to Admin /Manager.

Step

  • Log in the Admin/Manager account.
  • Go to the “Contractor CVs” screen to approve/reject CVs that the Contractor has sent.

Step

  • Admin / Manager goes to the “Schedule” screen to create a schedule for contractors.
  • Then go to the “Patrol Schedule” screen to create a patrol schedule for contractors.

Step

6

  • Log in the Contractor’s account.
  • Go to group screen to add manager and leader.
  • Then go to the “Work Schedule” screen to assign the security team to the work schedule that Admin/Contractors have just created.
