Case Study

Project Highlights
Water Treatment Monitoring System (WT-IoT) is a smart, IoT-based management solution designed to control and monitor water purification equipment operation, water quality, and treatment progress. This system allows for the remote monitoring and control of devices over the internet (4G or WiFi) using a computer or mobile phone, with the option to set up fully automatic and semi-automatic control modes. Furthermore, it automatically detects abnormalities and sends alerts through warning lights, email,
SMS, or phone.
Problem Statement
- The monitoring and management of water treatment systems and water quality control are still done manually.
- Users' health can be affected if any problem with water quality is not detected and treated in time.
- Long-term ineffective monitoring of equipment will cause damage to the equipment.
- The costs of labor and time needed for the inspection and repair of equipment and systems are very high.
Solutions
- The WT-IoT solution includes functions such as controlling and monitoring water purification equipment operation, monitoring water quality, and detecting abnormal warnings.
- It allows for remote monitoring and control of equipment like pumps, valves, and floats via the internet (4G or WiFi) using a phone or computer.
- The system displays all operational parameters on the HMI screen, computer, website, and mobile application.
- It saves real-time operation logs and stores system parameters, which are easily accessible via the website or application interface.
- Detected issues are alarmed by warning lights, and alerts are sent via email, SMS, or phone.
- The system supports customizable expansion to install other sensor devices.
